Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by Chizaram Udochi (Zara), operating as Modifique Cosmetic Concierge in Ontario, Canada.

What the service includes
Personalized virtual support to organize cosmetic surgery research, prepare consultation questions and plan budgets, travel and support arrangements. Personal experience may inform discussions, but is not clinical evidence. The Clarity Call is 30 minutes for $100 USD. The Deep Dive is 60 minutes for $180 USD. The Planning Edit is $500 USD for 2.5–4 hours, with the exact scope and session breakdown agreed before payment. Any tailored concierge package is quoted separately.
Scope
This is an educational service for adults aged 18 and over. Zara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, clinical assessments, treatment recommendations or clinical aftercare. No outcome, surgeon availability or result is guaranteed. Medical decisions and concerns should be discussed with a qualified clinician.
Requests and appointments
Submitting or emailing a request does not reserve a slot. An appointment is confirmed only when the time is agreed and any required payment is completed. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax and final payable amount must be disclosed before payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact Zara as soon as possible to request a change. The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms must be provided before payment. If Zara cancels, you may choose a new time or a refund for the undelivered service. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
Privacy and recordings
Please share only the general information needed to arrange a call. Recording requires the express agreement of everyone on the call.
