Modifique Cosmetic Concierge is operated by Chizaram Udochi (Zara), based in Ontario, Canada. Zara is the contact responsible for privacy questions.

This landing page does not save booking form entries or collect payment card information. The email request form prepares a message in your own email app; you choose whether to send it. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added to this page.

Information you choose to share

When you email Zara, your name, email, preferred appointment details and general topics are used to respond, arrange your session and provide the service. Email providers and the hosting provider may process data, including routine technical logs. Please do not send medical records, identity documents, intimate images or detailed health information.

Booking and payment providers

If you follow an external booking or payment link, that provider processes your information under its own privacy policy. You can review the provider’s terms before continuing. This website does not store your card details.

Questions and requests

Contact business.zarabeaute@gmail.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion. Transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal requirements.

Service providers and processing locations

We use website hosting, email, scheduling, payment and video-call providers to operate the service. These include Sites hosting, Google email and Meet, and Calendly and Stripe when used for a booking. They may process information outside Canada under the laws of those locations. Booking and payment records available to us may include your contact details, appointment details, payment status and transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Retention and choices

Information is kept as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service, handle disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to optional uses, by emailing us. Some records cannot be deleted while retention is required. Withdrawing information needed for a session may prevent us from providing that session. We do not sell your personal information.

AI tools and recordings

This website does not automatically send enquiry form entries to an AI service. Calls are not automatically recorded or transcribed by this website. Using identifiable client information in an AI tool or recording a call requires a separate explanation and appropriate consent.

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Material new uses of personal information will be explained before they occur, with consent requested where required.
