Please include your name, appointment date (if booked), booking reference and a short description of your request. Never send card numbers, passwords, medical records or intimate photographs.
Appointments and payments
Sessions are virtual, with availability Monday–Friday, noon–6 p.m. Toronto time. Sending an enquiry does not secure an appointment. Your appointment and any payment arrangements must be confirmed separately. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the total payable are disclosed before payment.
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
Email as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. The applicable terms will be supplied before payment. If we cancel a session, you may choose another time or a refund for the undelivered session. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Service scope
Modifique provides nonmedical education, research organization and practical planning support. This is not a medical service or an urgent support channel. Contact your treating clinician for medical concerns and local emergency services for emergencies.
